Erwin Cablayan has decades of experience as a business leader and has worked with multiple non-profits and healthcare firms. The former chief executive officer of VetREST, a charitable organization that works with veterans who have PTSD, Erwin Cablayan currently sits on the charitable organization’s board of directors.
Concurrent with his leadership role at VetREST, he is an administrator at The Bradley Gardens, a geriatric rehabilitation facility. Since stepping into the role in 2017, Mr. Cablayan has implemented systems and procedures designed to ensure high-quality long-term care of patients. He has also introduced employee initiatives that encourage productivity and growth, including an incentive system.
In addition, Erwin Cablayan works with the Colorado-based First Cause, a non-profit that promotes Christian leadership principles around the world. Serving as its director of East Asia, he aims to train new business leaders and focuses on teamwork, character, and other areas.
For the past 25 years, Mr. Cablayan has led Healthcare Management Systems, Inc. as its chief financial officer and chief executive officer. During his tenure, he has reduced labor costs through restructuring while overseeing five healthcare facilities in the state of California.
