I have a master’s degree in Management and Information Technologies in Technical Systems and master’s degree in Finance and over 13 years working experience in IT, including experience in software support, project management, business analysis and management of IT department at a startup. I am also a certified Scrum Master (PSMI). I have worked on different sides of the development process – on a customer side and as a member of the development team. This gives me the ability to understand both clients and developers and allows to keep a reasonable balance in my work. The projects that I have been involved in cover a wide range of industries and domains. This experience taught me to quickly immerse myself in new subject areas. I am able to efficiently interact with both IT and business stakeholders, identify customer and business needs and translate them into solution specification documents, build positive and professional working relationships with clients, work well in an international team environment (both distributed and co-located) and manage mid-size teams.
