My name is Ryan. I worked in Taiwan Savun Biotech as a developer. I'm in charge of digitalization and mobilization of selling process in the company. I developed a CRM system that helps company manager their sales and clients by using iOS devices. From Firebase structure to Firebase Functions written in node.js and also from UI design to iOS app, are all created by myself. I also very enjoy participating coding communities like iPlayground, cocoa Taipei and Swift Taipei.

UI/UX workshop lecturer
This is a 3 hours workshop held in Fu Jen University. I led students to use some techniques to design and make prototypes to prove their thoughts.
In this class, I introduced Empathy Map to find out what user's problem and thoughts is. They can use these methods to utilize the user's action flow.
The usability test can help develop team improve the user experience.
Booking.com Hackthon
This hackthon was held by booking.com. We had to make an innovative app to make user's trip more interesting within 2 days, and make a presentation in English at the Demo section.

This app is made for children to train their logical thinking by ordering actions to achieve the goal.
This app using Bluetooth to connect between iPad and the robot. After you send the actions to the robot, the robot will make those moves according to the queue.
The snake style collection layout and the drag-and-drop feature are challenges while doing this project. Also user UndoManager to mange the steps while editing those actions.

This app can help the sales quickly find the client's location, and make phone calls to them. They can also use this app to add multiple clients and make navigation plan to visit.
The list on the main screen can display the nearest clients according to the location where the sales at and also the directions according to their heading. Those distances and directions are updated in real-time.
The app also have a visit report function. When the sales make a visit report, Firebase cloud message will notify all the device in this company.
