Fabiano De Franco has spent the past decade as a financial advisor, initially working with ICMA Retirement Corporation. Serving as a retirement plans specialist, Fabiano De Franco conducted one-on-one consultations with potential enrollees.

These educational consultations typically took place at an employer’s premises and covered savings rates and account level retention, among other areas.
