(1) Import of SMT new production

Items : BMW, Notebook and Tablet

Content : Make sure the new SMT product to assemble well and release to be MP product

Before Assembling :

1. Compare the checklist of PCBA to check if the product can be produced in factory

2. Arrange the producing schedule

3. Prepare the related file for assembly like SOP and control plan

Assembling :

1. Maintain the yield and record

After Assembling :

1. Defect analysis 

2. Make a summary for assembling



3. Feedback the design for manufacturing and testing 
To RD : DFT and DFM 
To factory : Update the SOP and control plan


(2) Integrate project leader for BMW

Item : BMW

Content : Be a contact window for BMW project

1. Monitoring the reconstruction schedule of automated producing project.

2. Evaluate the process change for automated producing

3. In charge of visiting / auditing from BMW, involved proposal preparing and accompanying with customer when auditing.

4. Integrate the reply the open item of audit.

The title of my master’s thesis proposals are “Mesoporous silica-coated gold nanorods as a catalyst for oxidation of ethylene glycol to glycolaldehyde” and “Mesoporous silica coated gold nanorods with different aspect ratio as surface-enhanced Roman scattering sensors”. I expert in operation of TEM, synthesis of gold nanorods (AuNRs) and detection of Raman spectroscopy. Furthermore, I had involved in writing the industry-university collaboration research project ''Quantitative Detection of Metal Nanoparticles by Single Particle Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectroscopy''. I were in charge of writing, data collection and arrangement, contact and communication with the company.

I signed up a project research with professor. My thesis, Application of peanut husk ash as a low-cost solid catalyst for biodiesel production, was about finding the best efficiency of the catalyst using in the reaction of biodiesel.
