Franklin Levy

Business Executive and Former Attorney

A former attorney based in West Hollywood, California, Franklin Levy earned a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Yale University and a juris doctor from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was president of his graduating class. He worked many years as an attorney and, most recently, provided counsel to Las Vegas Sands Chairman of the Board Sheldon Adelson. Over the past decade, Franklin Levy has been involved in various domestic and international business ventures.

Franklin Levy serves as a managing director at York Street Partners, where he pursues business opportunities in Asia. Through this venture, he has acted as consultant to China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park and partner in a group developing an Integrated Gaming Resort in Kazakhstan. In addition, he has served as managing director at GS Mining Company since 2016. Through this venture, he led efforts to reopen a historic gold mine in Central City, Colorado.

Franklin Levy is also the president and CEO of the payment solutions enterprise HopaPay. He earned distinction in Marquis Who's Who for his dedication to the finance industry. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is the co-founder of Stand Up and Learn, a nonprofit that utilizes stand-up comedy to help children gain poise and self-confidence through public speaking.
