Career and Milestone Achievements

  • Applying self acquired skills in data analysis to clean, prepare, infer, interpret and present data to stakeholders concerning profiles of over 350 course participants
  • Spearheaded Singapore Management University Academy team's migration of physical classes to online mode during COVID-19’s circuit breaker period via software familiarization, coaching of colleagues, class participants and trainers, serving close to 100 course participants and 20 trainers across 4 cohorts, effectively minimizing class schedules and government grants disruptions as well as maintaining our revenue stream. 
  • Developed approaches to ensure the seamless delivery of online classes with trainers via consultations, extensive research and experimentation. Designed an easy to use guide on the use of web conference software for the 120 class participants and trainers affected by the circuit  breaker.
  • Recipient of 2017 Singapore Manufacturing Federation's Customer Service Excellence award in recognition of my outstanding services rendered to more than 200 companies partaking in trade fairs and business missions.
