Hi!my name is Ken. Even though I’m a new graduate, I have nearly five years of experience in the catering industry. In this jod I learnt some special skill , that is Napoli pizza and how to use kiln. Took me a month to get a perfect Napoli pizza. And this job also taught me the importance of inventory management. Especially the day is a holiday or special event. Sold out will not appear in our restaurant.

This job is my college internship. Although only have half a year but i learn a lot. Seven months I had been banquet department , purchasing department , sale & marketing department I also sold mooncakes and turkeys on festivals. Although the work is hard and long , but that is a very special experiences. Can made a many international friend and learn how to host many different types of events. In the future if have chance I would like to go back to Singapore. But next time i will be a chef.
