UberEats, Enterprise Account Coordinator, May 2021 ~ 

負責企業品牌的維繫,開發新店家及維護線上店家,FTR project之執行及規劃,提供數據分析及資料統整。

  • 新創團隊建立:參與Scale Team新團隊初期之規劃及營運計畫,幫助全新團隊步上軌道。
  • 維繫顧客:協助新光三越等其他集團品牌解決緊急問題,維持品牌上線平台店家數量。
  • 開發顧客:透過Cold call 及廣發Comms吸引新店家上線,增加平台餐廳數量。
  • 行銷活動:洽談及說服客戶參與及舉辦行銷活動,提供行銷活動之成效。
  • 數據分析:協助定期整理麥當勞等品牌每月業績、營運及服務表現,分析表現之強勢及弱勢點。
  • 績效達成:負責FTR project,維繫及開發品牌店家上線之管道,保持每季新FTR數量皆超過110%之達成率。
  • Churn Project: 協助Churn Project之執行,用發Email及電話通知兩種管道同時進行,成功救回非活躍店家最高達50%。

Responsible for maintaining corporate brand, developing new stores and maintaining online stores. Executing and planning FTR project, providing data analysis and data integration。

  • New team building: Participate in "Scale Team", the initial planning and operation of the new team. Helping the team get on the track.
  • Maintaining customers: Assist brand customers to solve urgent problems and maintain the number of stores on our online platform.
