Gerard Norcia was born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ and graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's Degree. He continued his education at Seton Hall University, from where he received his Master's in Business Administration. Mr. Norcia is a real estate investment specialist currently working for JP Morgan Asset Management as an executive supervisor. He has been in real estate investment management for over 15 years with a proven track record, specializing in multi-family, office and retail asset management, acquisition/reposition analytics, joint venture and capital markets structuring.
