  • Participate in Identifying needs, prepare technical studies ( BoQs) and feedback to the field engineer.
  • In consultation with field engineers and project officers, establish the community committees and work collaborative with them to identify the protective assets, register and verify of targeted beneficiaries based on selection criteria.
  • Participate in the assessment of community needs and resources as well as a collection of baseline data to assist in implementation.
  • Provide treated communities with awareness and the orientation of the project details.

  • Identify the project site, conducting appropriate site assessments and reviewing drawings, draft BoQs, specification for engineering works to be undertaken per contractors.
  •  Reviewing construction related Project Documentation (feasibility study, designs, BOQ, tender documents, monitoring tools forms and payment disbursement of funds and financial service documents and receive executed works. Attend site Primary deliveries for contractor in order to begin the work.
  • Develop action plans for project implementation including all technical specifications for project implementation.
  •  Following up the implemented work on the site per agreed BoQs, specification respecting action plan timelines. 
  • Making sure that the project is going to be done as planned on the time frame and delivering results. 
  • Monitoring approval of incoming materials samples are of the highest quality and from acceptable country of origin.
