Ghusalal Patel 

New York Professional Engineer

Ghusalal Patel worked for nearly two decades as the senior engineer for several constructions and engineering firms based in New York City. In this capacity, he supervised teams of designers and draftspeople as they prepared key construction schematics and calculations. Once construction documents were complete, Ghusalal Patel oversaw their submission as part of the bid process, which he also participated in by choosing contractors and carrying out essential bid analyses. After the construction projects began, he helped determine the placement of equipment and structural elements like cranes, Chicago booms, and gantries. 

 

Earlier, Ghusalal Patel served as engineer consultant on a variety of projects, including skyscrapers and bridges. On behalf of his clients, which included architects and building owners, he produced design drawings that represented the steel and concrete features of the structures in question. 

 

In preparation for his career, Mr. Patel earned an MS in in management as well as both a BS and MS in civil engineering. He is certified as a professional engineer in New York and New Jersey.
