Gino Canori

A Commitment to Professionalism and Community

The executive vice president and chief development officer in the San Francisco offices of Related California, Gino Canori draws on two decades of experience to lead the firm’s growth across $3 billion in projects. His experience in managing equity investments, debt, financing, due diligence, and other aspects of executive oversight has afforded the firm atypical flexibility in multiple markets. Under Gino Canori, Related California has been able to succeed in high-barrier urban infill segments with a variety of mixed-use, mixed-income, market-rate, and affordable multi-family buildings in San Francisco and the greater Los Angeles area.

Complementing his work, Mr. Canori serves on the boards of organizations dedicated to advancing the scope of knowledge and practice in his field. He is a member of the policy advisory board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an executive committee member of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California, his alma mater. The Lusk Center conducts research into topics that affect the economy of urban communities and the real estate field in general while supporting a variety of continuing education opportunities.

As a former member of the Orange County-based LEAD OC (formerly known as Orange County Young Executives), Gino Canori personally raised $150,000 to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles, Miracles for Kids, and Think Together.
