  1. OMT WLBI/eWLBI sampling criteria & procedure: Collaborate with FECQ/TSE/TCP/IE for WLBI test program and sampling rate. Construct, maintain and monitor baseline WLBI test, responsible for OCAP of OOS event.
  2. WLBI data analysis: WLBI judgement for Fab conversion and excursion, being defense line between probe test and BE test.
  • Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Conduct RMA process of OMT sourced products. 

  1. Collaborate with PYE for defect analysis from EFA/PFA reports.
  2. Co-work with Fab PI/PEE for applicable MI/CIP.
  3. Works closely with DEMQRA on customer 8D reports.
  • Return Material Authorization - Automotive (RMA-A):

Serve as team leader in major GDM event (RMA-A)

  1. Organize cross-functional team consist of FECQ/QMS/CQE/QRA/PE/PYE/PI/PEE/PQA.
  2. Clarify problem statement and fab operational detail.
  3. Host alignment with PI/PEE for root cause analysis and CA/PA.
  4. Perform test coverage improvement with PE/FECQ.
  5. Document pFMEA and LL with QCM.
  • Material Review Board (MRB): 

Work with RDA/YE/PEE for inline deviation analysis, including pFMEA risk assessment, ANOVA analysis and product dispo.

  • Area Quality Scorecard (AQSC): 

Serve as owner of GDM event, quality scorecard and FEAHI 4.0 performance. Responsible for statistical management of quality deviation in Product QE area.

GPSS dashboard

This project integrated FA reports, customer return information and front-end manufacturing data required in RMA process. With this dashboard, teammembers can easily view and edit customer return cases without complicated data collection and verification.
We use Tableau as the platform to link data, webpage and analytic reports. Database query via MSSQL makes real-time monitoring applicable. 

WLBI utilization

This project is an improvement of pristine test program.
Before, WLBI tested wafers were release to back-end directly, which made data analysis hasily.
For utilization, we established new process flow for WLBI test. Tested wafers can be controls in front-end system for further disposition and analysis.

This project is an data visualization for WLBI testing.

The dashboard integrates WLBI WIP by DID and fab, DPM calculation of each register and wafer mapper. WLBI failed dies can be monitored by precise FID and region.

The dashboard has another branch for WLBI ECAT information, which focus on die level data for specific ECAT DPM and distribution.
