我是鄭淮恩,平時助人為樂,有人需要幫忙一定衝第一個,個性吃苦耐勞,做事不怕喊累,再辛苦的工作我都會努力把它完成,為了維持良好體態,每周習慣固定去健身房2~3次規律運動。喜歡在一個新的環境中結交不同領域的朋友,透過各式各樣的朋友來讓自己增廣見聞。勇於面對新挑戰,我會用盡所有辦法為我當前遇到的困難找到解決辦法,不論是問人、查資料、實際演練,讓周遭的人都感受到我對這份工作的拚勁。

自傳

  我是鄭淮恩,個性內斂但樂於助人,小時候與哥哥分配打掃工作,但他經常任性偷懶,最後都是我獨自完成家庭事務,別人不做的事情我做,最後養成了我吃苦耐勞的精神,就學期間同學也常常因為幫助同學,人緣不錯。在大學期間,常常會玩國外手遊作為休閒,但總是想交換情報的我面對滿是外國玩家的聊天室讓我開始有了想學習英文的動機,現在總是在遊戲群組負責與外國人交換情報,也讓我成為了朋友中的小小外交官。


  過去曾在運動休閒用品店作為收銀服務人員打工過,由於是外商公司進駐台灣發展的公司,常有遇到外國客人前來消費,每次遇到外國客人都讓我很興奮,我能用簡易的英文對話協助外國客人結帳、提供產品售後服務資訊,也因為店家是採全面會員制,所以我也常常需要扮演推銷會員的角色,

 

  大學時期修過一門商用英語課,其中我學習到了許多商用英文書信的寫法,以及較正式的商用英語對話,包含了對上司的回應以及面對客人時的接待用語,期末時有個團體英文報告,組員裡有位英語基礎不佳的同學,由於每位同學都需要上台報告,於是我便常在課餘時間陪他校稿、背稿、順稿,最後期末發表非常成功,老師也給予高度肯定,也讓我察覺原來我其實還有輔導他人英語能力的才能。

Autobiography


My name is Huai-En Cheng, From New Taipei city. I’m a friendly person, and eager to help those who in need. My friends used to call me a Yes-man. But now I can understand which one would be needed to help. If you knew this person had the ability to do it, but you did it for him rather by himself. It would cause a problem that is he will rely on you after that. And every time he got a new problem, it will be your new problem. I don’t like it. It actually deprives the opportunity that he can grow. So, I don’t want others to help me if I can do it by myself. I’ll challenge it by my own way.


I’ve done a part-time job as a cashier at a foreign sport good store. Because of there are many foreign brand goods, many foreign customers would come to buy. Therefore, I had to serve them in English. Due to we are a membership store, it not only just checkout their goods but also need to pursue them as our member. I did learn a lot of reception dialogue from this experience.


It’s comfortable for me to have a teamwork, but I won’t forget the independent ability. I have passion to serve customers and ready to face any situations. In addition, I also have patient with them, and hope to give everyone the most respectful service.
