Greg Colip

Indiana University alumnus Greg Colip earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the school in 1970, following which he enrolled in its MBA program. He obtained this degree in 1972 and, soon after, earned a juris doctor from Indiana University. Early in his career, Greg Colip served as a production and marketing manager for The Upjohn Company, which is now part of Pharmacia. From here, he joined the Gulfco Division of Chromalloy American Corporation as vice president and general counsel.
In the following years, Greg Colip provided legal counsel for several independent power projects and served as deputy general counsel for Panhandle Eastern Corporation. Working primarily as a mergers and acquisitions attorney, he facilitated billions of dollars worth of complex venture, acquisition, and spin-off transactions, including the $1.2 billion spin-off of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.
He founded Cell>Point, LLC in 2001 and has since served as managing member and CEO of the biotechnology enterprise, focusing on developing universal molecular imaging agents. Complementing his experience in this capacity, he holds membership with the Society of Nuclear Medicine and the American College of Cardiology.
