Gretchen Stockdale

Chief Operating Officer at Pilgrim Media Group

A cum laude graduate of Loyola Law School (LLS) with a JD, Gretchen Stockdale served as the executive editor of the Loyola Law Review. Today, she serves as the general counsel and chief operating officer of Los Angeles’ Pilgrim Media Group, LLC, a Lionsgate company. In this capacity, Gretchen Stockdale handles all of Pilgrim’s legal matters such as corporate compliance and litigation.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Stockdale gained valuable experience as an associate attorney with Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP while defending employers involved in labor disputes. She also assisted intellectual property owners who have brought forth infringement cases.

Actively involved in the professional community, Gretchen Stockdale is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Hollywood Radio & Television Society, the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA), and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Widely recognized for her accomplishments, she has earned the distinction of being named a “Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star” by Los Angeles Magazine for four consecutive years. She was also profiled in Broadcasting & Cable’s 2016 special report titled “The Dealmakers: TV’s Top Agents, Lawyers and Managers.”
