Project (Mechanical Design)
My job responsibility is to design customized machines. From design through assembly and testing, including liaising with suppliers. Industry types include measuring instruments, automated production lines, and semiconductor machines.
Project (Software Development)
Building the measuring instrument's system is my job responsibility. Form circuit design to system develop. Including the wall thickness of the bearing shell, gear roll test series, and the gear assembly measurement. Use C# to program window form and analyze signal like FFT, Cepstrum, High and Low Pass Filter etc.
Project (Publication)
In the past five years, I have published three journals and a patent related to gear roll-tester technology. As well as having lecturing experience.
