Harvey Bell serves as Managing Director and Managing Portfolio Director with Morgan Stanley in Short Hills, New Jersey. With more than three decades of experience in his field, Harvey Bell maintains Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) certification and draws on a range of wealth creation strategies. 

Through his work with Morgan Stanley, Mr. Bell maintains longstanding relationships with New Jersey clients as a trusted partner and engages with clients’ full range of advisors, including attorneys and accountants. His family background provides him with excellent insight into the actual needs and goals of clients who are seeking to ensure a comfortable retirement as well as an education for their children. He employs diverse investment vehicles and approaches in ensuring wealth preservation through the generations. 

Philanthropically focused, Mr. Bell has donated time, effort, and financial resources to a number of nonprofit organizations. He has served as chairman of several endowment campaigns that enabled fundraising for worthy causes. Additionally, he is a chaplain in the United States Chaplain Corps. A fan of Frank Sinatra, Harvey Bell also enjoys following the New York Knicks during the NBA season.
