Hayley Lattman

Experienced Digital Media Attorney

A lawyer with more than two decades of experience, Hayley Lattman (Hayley Geftman-Gold) began preparing for her career by earning a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated cum laude. Hayley Lattman went on to obtain her juris doctor from Columbia University.

From 2007 to 2014, Ms. Lattman worked as a lawyer at MTV Networks. Fulfilling the role of the vice president of business and legal affairs, she handled legal matters related to digital distribution, digital products, and ad sales and operations. In 2014, she became the vice president of business affairs at Take-Two Interactive Software, where her responsibilities as an attorney ranged from overseeing production related transactions for video game labels to negotiating and drafting SaaS software licenses and agreements. More recently, she furnished legal services for content distribution partnerships at CBS.

Hayley Geftman-Gold joined Etsy, Inc., in 2018. Today, she provides legal assistance in such areas as digital media, advertising law, product counseling, intellectual property, privacy and commercial contract negotiation.
