Herrick Lipton

Herrick Lipton is the Chief Executive Officer of New Horizon Counseling Center in New York. Annually, New Horizon serves of 6,500 people every year and has over 400 employees. As a nonprofit that specializes in comprehensive behavioral health and wellness, New Horizon provides crucial services to citizens across New York, strengthening the communities through programs. Herrick earned the spot of CEO in 2013 after serving as Administrative Assistant and Financial Director since the 1990s. With his leadership, New Horizon has been able to see the organization grow 300% in revenues and has also seen a 125% increase in the number of clinical services offered. Herrick and his team are always focused on being able to provide the best possible service and care to the community.
