• Developed a Google Add-on to point out the wrong words and give advice.

• Extracted features for fake news detection and find out which one is useful for this task. 

• Got Best Achievement Award of all interns.

Software Engineer - Full Time @ NEW KINPO GROUP   (2018.3 - 2019.10)

 • Speech Recognition - got 8% wer in Taglish and 9% wer in noise environment. 

• Task-oriented Chatbot - got at least 99.6% accuracy on4-to-26 intends classification and called corresponding APIs to give users proper responses.

Projects

Wikify 

• Found the name entities needed to explain and link them to correct Wiki pages. 

• Got 95.8% accuracy in link detector and have 99.1% accuracy in disambiguation. 

Stock Mining 

• Predicted daily value of TAIEX. 

• Split data into 13 categories and classification method to predict. 

• Got 22% accuracy in the first. However, after I add a rule which help me invest, I increase accuracy to 37%. 

iOS APP 

• Completed an APP which could help NCCU students to decide what to eat.

Involvements

KDD CUP 2017 

• Got top 4% (154/3582). 

Guangdong Big Data Competition on Tianchi 

• Got top 5% (136/2972). 

• Recognized defective aluminum image by inception v4 model with some data augmentation. 

President of Chinese Music Club 

• Leaded our club to compete in Taiwan’s final. 

• Organized many activities, included year performance, welcome activity with other school’s club, and accompaniment for a ceremony.
