1. Cooperating with Engineering, Factory, Functional, 3rd party compliance, and internal team to introduce the new 5G telecom product.
2. Managing the budgetary and schedule reports.

● Wrote a 50 pages SOP of the NPI process and organized it into the PM department guide for staff training. 

● Developed the PM system of the company which has customized the features of the manufacturing industry.
• Cooperated with the IT dept for digital transformation.
• Provided the UML graph and timing diagram of the cross-department relationships by analyzing the NPI process.
• Drew the user demo UI graph of the system platform to the supplier and IT department.
• Designed the new system function to decrease the human workload of the current assignment and improve the NPI data collection environment to prepare for future analysis.
