Howard Fein of Jensen Beach, Florida, has over a decade of combined experience in medical-product sales and real estate investment. He serves as the chief executive officer (CEO) of Fine Investment Properties, a position he has held since 2015. His responsibilities cover the investment firm’s daily management, from hiring and maintaining personnel to overseeing financing and advertising. Howard Fein also handles the procurement of multifamily properties and storage facilities. One of his major achievements as the CEO of Fine Investment Properties concerned a turnaround project that rehabilitated three 20,000-square-foot buildings on a 3.5-acre parcel of land into a profitable storage facility.

Mr. Fein graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor of science in engineering and business and went on to hold sales and operations roles at business in the medical technology sector. He later joined Diatherix Laboratories as a territory representative, after which he worked for PEMF For Life as the president of operations.
