About Me

My name is Hsin-lin Wu,and I study in Hospitality Management in Tung-hai University,majoring in tourism industry management and restaurant management. My personality is positive,optimistic and out-going. I like to interact with people, like to challenge myself, not afraid of failure and enjoy the process. Last summer vacation,I went to work exchange. Because of it,I learned a lot of things such as how to change the room,how to treat the guests. Besides,I encountered various passengers and different emergencies. These situations let me understand what kind of problems can be dealt with, how to communicate and appease the guests, how to adjust the mood when encountering setbacks.It also makes me become a better person.
