Igor Zernitsky

An experienced audit professional, Igor Zernitsky is the chief financial officer at PRC, where he oversees all financial matters for the New York City-based firm and its affiliates. He has served in this capacity since 2015 and managed activities such as internal and external financial reporting, corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management. Prior to joining PRC, Igor Zernitsky worked as a senior manager with Ernst & Young's real estate practice for over a decade.

In this role, Igor Zernitsky managed all audit process activities, including SOX testing, investment valuation, and substantive testing of accounts. Primarily representing real estate companies and investment trusts as well as private equity funds, he garnered extensive experience in the US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles requirements for domestic and international investment structures.

Mr. Zernitsky holds an MBA and bachelor's degree in history from Northeastern University and the University of Massachusetts, respectively. When he isn't working, he enjoys playing table tennis. He is a member of USA Table Tennis and has been ranked among the top 1,700 players in the country since 2016.
