Job Description
• Responsibilities:
1. eHV22 technology device development
2. Device performance analysis and development.
3. WAT test program setup for data measurement.
4. Design rules check and analysis.
5. Test key design for device monitor.

•Key achievement:
1. 22eHV technology node for LCD/OLED development
2. NWR project(enhance yield rate from 90% to 94%)
3. Core and IO mask reduction project(2 masks reduction, 6 MI reduction, 6 HI reduction)

•Extra accomplishment (Tool development):
1. IDAS+: Data analysis tool and auto-report system.
2. IV_Cur: Data visualization management tool.
3. U2C: Calibre DRC deck and KLayout DRC script generator.
4. Kplug: Useful manual functions tool set for KLayout.
