I have been working as a Chocolatier and Pastry maker in a Sweets business of a Saudi Family for almost Five years. I am generally responsible for making varieties of sweets and enticing chocolates including the flavor and designs.Organizing the whole kitchen from the preparation of the ingredients,making the fillings, baking,tempering,freezing,packaging upto the sanitation of the working area.
