- Leading a team of 2 developers (6 pre COVID) to deliver the end to end customer ordering experience across mass produced and bespoke product offerings. From Online configurator and website management to end of production line sign off.
- Development of strategic priorities, liaising with the executives to gain approval for project plans, secure funding and manage through to delivery
- Process optimisation - Implementiation of modular working which will allow more efficiency, traceability and standardisation.
- Improving the bespoke product implementation process as part of an executive director incentive to improve business processes and the leadership matrix within the business
- Management of the delivery and product marketing, liaising all departments from Sales and Marketing to Manufacturing
- Delivering the dynamic order journey for the McLaren Speedtail which at present is the most bespoke production car in history

- Variant configuration is a module in SAP it is used a range of departments including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Procurement and the Production line
- Interpreting technical language for customers, as seen on the McLaren online configurator
