高士期 

中文自傳

我是高士期，2021年5月從美國創價大學人文學系畢業，目前積極求職中。本身的專長為英文能力、文書資料整理、領導及行政能力，也稍懂法文和日文。學習能力佳，不靠代辦自行申請上國外大學，畢業後為了讓自己能有更寬廣的求職可能，也利用閒暇時間，持續積極進修，今年順利取得 TOEIC 910及JLPT N3證照。善於溝通和團隊合作，在任何環境都能做為一個快速且有效率的學習者，為團隊做出貢獻 。 

大學在學期間曾積極參與社團活動，接觸許多不同的人，不僅打開自己的視野，也學習到待人接物、進退應對的禮儀。大二時，憑藉著對音樂的熱愛，在管弦樂社面臨人手短缺之際，一人立起，毅然決然地接下樂團團長兼指揮的使命，從招生開始規劃，使樂團成員人數成長10倍。身為指揮的我，每週都會根據演出曲目規劃排練進度，幫助團員們增進音樂能力。在我的帶領下，樂團參與了多場表演，最多觀眾數達到400人，學期末獲選為年度傑出表演型社團。大四時自願參選學生會的社團事務部部長，作為學生社團與學校之間的溝通橋樑。雖然疫情使學生不能在校內活動，只能用視訊的方式參與社團，我與其他社團事務部成員討論與規劃線上社團展及演出，讓學生們在課餘時間仍然能夠遠距參加課外活動。我也代表出席每月一次的學生大會，跟校方討論社團在疫情期間遇到的困難，為的就是在之後學校恢復實體課程後，學生能夠無縫接軌，繼續地參加社團活動。 

至於工作方面，在學期間有過兩份工讀的經驗。我曾經擔任中文課後輔導教師，每周8小時在中午語言餐桌和圖書館輔導學生功課和練習口說，不只提高了學生的中文熟練度，也使學生更深入地了解中華文化。透過擔任課輔老師，我發現自己對教學懷抱熱忱，透過教學使學生的中文能力成長， 是一件很有成就感的事，也體悟到當自己能夠教導別人某樣事物時，才算是真正的理解它。我也曾經在大三的時候擔任中國歷史與文化學教授的研究助理，主要的工作是負責整理學校留學計畫的調查問卷，並製作成果報告提供給學校參考。彈性上班訓練了我的自制力，每次教授安排的任務，我都能提早完成。我也學習到如何有效率地收集及整理資料，還有許多職場上的工作態度以及專業知識，讓我的工作能力強化許多。 

我的個性開朗活潑，具有責任感及耐心，喜歡與人交往，做事勤快，學習能力也很強，目前我最渴望的就是接受更大的挑戰，獲得更多元的實務經驗，培養自己更專業的能力。 非常期待能有機會貢獻自身的專長，為貴公司效力。

英文自傳

My name is Shih-Chi Kao. I graduated from Soka University of America in May 2021. As a highly responsible and self-disciplined individual with a passion for language and music, I aim to become an outstanding leader and take major responsibilities in any place. I am currently open to any language-related and administrative affairs. I used to be the president and student conductor in my school orchestra. My duties included administering the orchestra with officers and communicating regularly with school staff. I not only rebuilt the foundation of the orchestra with the number of members growing by ten times within a year, but we also attended several performances with a maximum of 400 spectators. At the end of the semester, we received the Best Performing Club of the Year Award as a result of our outstanding performance. 

As for my working experience, I used to work as a Chinese tutor. We provided a living-learning community by tutoring students in Chinese at the Language Lunch Table and the library for 8 hours per week. During tutoring, students learned more about Chinese culture and further acquired the habits and dispositions of a global citizen. 

With my background and experience, I am confident that I can successfully fill in this position and perform my job effectively and efficiently. I shall be loyal to my job and cooperative toward realizing the objectives of the company. I hope I will have a chance to apply my skills and attributes to your company.
