January 2020 - Present

Amazon Central Operations Associate - SWA

  • Used Tableau/Excel to Create an End of Shift report that is sent out to Sr. PM's and Ops Leadership on a daily basis. 
  • Presented WBR for Pickup Success to Regional Managers and ORAM's at delivery stations (DLA7, DPS1 and DXH6) 
  • Automated the End of Shift report to reduce the time spent on filling it out and increase consistency and accuracy. 
  • Worked alongside the Learning Team to revamp the training equipment for Ship With Amazon (SWA) 
  • Trained new associates on how to follow the daily SOP's and responsibilities of an SWA Associate. 
  • Created multiple Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) such as the Manifested Not Received, SWA/CO wiki, SWA WASH SOP, Recues SOP, SDS/SWA Communication and How to Reassign Full Routes. 
  • Worked alongside with 7 DSP's and escalated via SIM Process any tech issues such as Rabbit app not functioning correctly, verifying GEO Fence data and updating GAM tool for accurate pickup notes.

August 2020 - January 2021

Amazon Central Ops Associate - Escalations

  • Assisted L3 Shift Assistants in teaching Associates standard work and reinforcing good habits when new standard work was made by Amazon Leadership.
  • Tasked with being up to date with standard work changes to ensure quality results on the floor.
  • During the early morning shift assisted with running tools to automatically add Associates to 20+ Amazon Chime rooms each. Totaling in over 100+ Chime rooms daily.
  • Responsible for 15+ Associates in correct standard work practices, including CO's rapidly changing standard work at the time.


November 2019 - Present

Amazon Central Ops Associate - Tier 1 Associate

  • Assisted over 2,000 Third Party companies in customer satisfaction by marking packages that the DA's were unable to mark themselves and would need to be returned to the station otherwise.
  • Averaging at over 200 packages delivered a day, it would have been RTS'd otherwise, saving on average $1k per day.
  • Leveraging AMZL CO Tools to assist in performing rescues saving hundreds of dollars in packages that would otherwise be returned to the station.
