Jake Diliberto

Public Policy Specialist


Communications and policy expert Jake Diliberto has extensive experience building and leading strong teams and guiding high-stakes decision making processes. Jake Diliberto completed a PhD in Political Science at the University of Birmingham after earning a master’s and a bachelor's in related fields.


Mr. Diliberto honed his skills in business development, project management, and research analysis during his work with the Center for International Policy. He recently managed federal and civilian agency accounts as a program manager for Source America, where he served for a decade.


Jake Diliberto is a recognized government policy expert and has appeared on several notable news outlets to share his views, including the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). Over the course of his career, he has leveraged his communication skills and expertise to build coalitions that have lead to the creation of joint legislation.


Mr. Diliberto is a Chicago native who dedicates himself to a number of worthy causes. He is an active board member of Teen Living Programs, a nonprofit supporting youth who are homeless, and a vocal advocate for accessible healthcare and wildlife conservation. Outside of his professional duties, Mr. Diliberto is a skydiving enthusiast who holds four Guinness World Records for skydiving formations.
