An accomplished eSports streamer and influencer, James Paul Baratta is the founder and chief executive officer of FT Empire LLC. Since joining the firm in 2017, James Paul Baratta has managed a roster of 20 content creators and overseen social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Additionally, he negotiates eSports player contracts and sponsorship agreements.

In 2019, Mr. Baratta co-founded the North American Collegiate League, a nonprofit organization that offers college gamers eSports scholarship opportunities through international tournament play. He currently serves as board director of the organization. He also co-founded ICEBRKRSCLAN, an eSports influencer network with more than 180,000 subscribers.

A graduate of the University of Southern California, Mr. Baratta holds a bachelor of arts degree in international relations, as well as a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He is a member of the prestigious Jonathan Club in Los Angeles, as well as a 2017 fantasy football champion and an enthusiastic world traveler.
