Jason Cobb is an accomplished information technology professional based in Menlo Park, California. He began his career with San Jose’s Cisco Systems, Inc., in 1994, as a support lead with the customer interaction network. After five years in this position, Jason Cobb assumed a project management role, during which time he implemented DMAIC methodology to enhance all operations at Cisco’s flagship customer contact center. Between 2005 and 2010, he functioned as an operations analyst and TS Portfolio Management Office program manager. He concluded his time at Cisco as an IT analyst, focusing on fiscal planning improvements and optimizing productivity.
Mr. Cobb has participated in multiple IBM User Centered Design workshops over the course of his career. He has trained in a number of areas of operations, including project and process management, DMAIC improvement processes, and business analysis. Beyond his work in IT and project management, he enjoys traveling and preparing an array of international dishes.
