Jason Levendusky joined Avison Young in 2019. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Levendusky was an Executive Vice President/Partner at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in Boston, Massachusetts. He spent close to two decades at the firm, consulting with clients on commercial real estate projects. He was a Top 200 producer with the firm for multiple years and was part of the coveted Colbert Coldwell Circle.

Jason Levendusky began his career with Nordblom Company in 1997, where he undertook redevelopment projects for office and flex projects. He then joined WP Commercial, a Goldman Sachs opportunity fund, as Director of Leasing. He worked at the company for two years before joining CBRE in 2001.

Jason Levendusky graduated with a BA in history from Trinity University and has a JD in law from the University of Maine. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association of Greater Boston and several other industry organizations.
