Jason Amada

Jason Amada has always been intrigued by fresh learning possibilities. Amada grew up in New York City, not in a typical small-town American setting. His residences were in Forest Hills, Queens, and the Upper West Side, Manhattan. Like many other families, he had to migrate from time to time. Every week something new happened in a town that was so crowded it might have been a nation. Buildings were renovated and neighbors moved in and out. Playgrounds become parking lots. It was a global shift. Much of Jason Amada's youth entailed fluidity and fast-paced day-to-day life, while other portions of New York City remained unchanged.
