The founder and CEO of both JandL Oil and Gas and Raeanna Nigeria, Jay Ogor has spent more than 18 years building a successful career as an entrepreneur in Nigeria. Holding a bachelor’s in business administration from California State University, Long Beach, he has leveraged his knowledge of management techniques and direct marketing to help both of his businesses become multimillion-Dollar companies. Dividing his time between the Nigerian telecommunication Sector and Oil and Gas industries, Jay Ogor has adopted a direct, hands-on management approach that helped JandL Oil & Gas limited earn several awards in the Marine Industry and culminated in the recent launch of Raeanna’s rural telephony and rural broadband networks with Airtel, to bridge the divided gap in the Nigerian communication industry. Creating a network service for the unserved communities across the nation. This approach has gain accolades from the telecommunication industry in attempt to drive technology in the rural areas or communities across Africa.

At both companies, Mr. Ogor’s responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and managing staff and executive directors to ensure both companies meets the expectations of investors confidence, with a vision to be a significant player. In his role at JandL Oil & Gas Limited, Mr. Ogor also oversees all offshore operations and pipeline, drilling, management, and procurement services. Meanwhile, at Raeanna Nigeria limited, he oversee the management of the network rollout, technology vision, market penetration, customers based across the country. 

Outside of work, Jay Ogor enjoys basketball and tennis. He is also an avid traveler, with keen interest in exploring new culture of other countries.
