OIA Global Logistics is a logistic solution and footwear material sourcing company for well known brand such as Nike Inc..

As an Data Analyst in sourcing department. My daily tasks are data management for ERP system crafted by the company, taking one-day tasks requested from other Asian branches. I also conduct new function testing before pushed to production, as well as shooting tutorial videos and draft SOP documents for newly introduced functions.

Heng Kang Information Technology; Implementation Specialist — Sept. 2019 -  July 2020 

Heng Kang Information Technology is a retail ERP solution company.

As an implementation Specialist based in Taipei, I am responsible of new E-commerce project in Thailand, duties including getting to know customer's work flow and blind spot for improvement, discussing with in-house programmers for function development as well as existing function modification, after the function is released from programmers, I am responsible for testing, compose orientation manuals, and demonstration to the customers. Apart from new project development, I also follow up on queries and new function demands from existing customers.

Yuan Chang Timber (VN); Export Manager — July 2014 - January 2018 

Yuan Chang Timber is a Soft/Hard wood lumber whole seller, panel processing plant. 

As the only sales responsible for the sales of output of panel processing plant, 70% of the time maintaining existing customer, while 30% of the time dedicated to new customer development by participating trade shows and word of mouth from existing customers who are satisfied with the service. Customers from various countries such as United states, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia.

Hans & Tony is a sourcing company for holiday decor & craft item. 

Stationed in a China warehouse, inspecting incoming goods from all over China. Apart from regular item sourcing, a project of complex kit sourcing also occur from time to time, discussion involved designer and the potential supplier.

About me

Born in a family of four, parents with open-minded yet held firm moral standard. Father is a glass decor contractor, a strict man at his work, because a piece of glass ruins when mistake is made. Mother is a homemaker, besides her working around the house, she attends school and acquired level B technician for Chinese culinary. Growing up with them has a certain impact on my personality. 


Graduated bachelor of art from Tamkang University English department. I was actively involved with extra curricular activities. In English student association planning and executing the camping, jeopardy contest. Also, during my days at Association of Military Study, I’ve meet friends with shared interests in military study and outdoor survival game. I certainly learnt how organization works with my experiences at these club. 


In addition to extra curricular activities, I have dedicated most of my time indulged in the world of literature, applied business English, simultaneous interpretation. But I didn’t stop there, I have also taken courses of marketing and management at Business department. The basic knowledge it provided helped me getting to understand how the real world of business works. 


I started taking jobs since my college years, from teaching English to students from elementary school, serving customers at retail store, running my own import food business for short period, to my latest job as export salesman in forestry industry. Each one of them made me who I am as a job seeker today. Teaching English to children helps me get along with them. Working at retail store enhances my reaction in front of customers fluently. Food importing business teaches me the know-how and harshness of starting a business. Salesman in foreign industry helps me appreciate the beauty of natural resources and everything to learn as a salesman. Despite all these qualities I picked up along my days at these jobs. I am still learning, one of the recent and most important piece of advise I get is from the director of my previous job, I was having another day in the office, the director came to me and said: Jeff, I appreciate you being energetic at work, but sometimes you need to slower down a bit to avoid mistake result from rushing, and more patience. 


After work, I like to turn on the TV watching some comedy series, writing snail mails to pen pals from the other side of the world, learning Norwegian the language and exploring Python, and cycling my way to the riverbank and watch the sun goes down.
