ABOUT ME         

自大學時代起,我於課餘期間兼職餐飲服務,藉此培養自身表達、與他人溝通技巧。樂於學習語言的我,曾在柯見美語擔任英文助教 大學行政助理,持續精進英文能力。此外,我對於西班牙文、土耳其文也有著墨,以增進個人的語文能力。

之後,我在海伸有限公司擔任國外業務近2年,從事進出口報關流程、回覆客戶詢價、議價與商品客訴問題; 追蹤訂單狀況與交貨時程、開發客源、編排公司目錄和彩盒改版全系列英文化、遠赴德國參與醫療展覽等工作,以奠定我的國貿實務經驗。

爾後,我依著本身的語言與國貿專業,進入台灣勝輝國際股份有限公司。服務近5年,我身兼品管師及口譯員。前者,我負責安排卸貨與包裝流程,以確保高效率、高品質服務,更獲得顧客滿意度90%;我時常進行中英文同步口譯,與客戶保持良好溝通。同時我協助辦公室同仁文書處理和文件歸檔,專業文件中英翻譯及安排團體活動, 接待國外客戶,文具和包裝材料採購和庫存管理。 

我的個性活潑、外向,喜歡嘗試新事物,不斷學習增加自我新知 。樂於與他人互動的我,相當重視合作,不由得自己成為拖垮團隊成果的主因。三思而後行的做事方法,讓我能以最有效率的方式,完成交辦事項。
