Sustainable development
This is my why and a perspective for all personal, organizational and strives for a better society. I´ve in different ways integrated this in my work and private life and I aim to contribute to SDG agenda 2030 even more.
Innovation design
As a learning designer and facilitator, I use tools and methods to create an atmosphere that enable innovative creations and acting outside the box. I also teach others to design and facilitate change and innovation.
Change leadership
When strategy or projects are defined, all affected people need to be involved and co-create the best way to understand, adapt, learn and embrace new ways to work. ADKAR and Hyper island methods support powerful learning processes.
Responsibilities at Frontit AB 2015 - present (Consultant client projects, check below)
Sustainable development manager - As a concern coordinator, I´ve worked with the management team to form our sustainable strategi from the SDGs, built an internal organization where I educate and guide leaders, coordinate initiative and report our collective work with sustainable development.
Course leader Frontit Academy - Facilitation and workshop design 1 and 2 is the names of the course which I have been designing and holding several times a year since 2015 for our internal business and project manager consultants to enable more power to lead change.
Interactive conferences designer and facilitator - I have been designing different parts of our conferences to maximize the use of our collective intelligence in the room and to unluck creativity and motivation. Usually its within strategy, innovation and change in different levels.

I started as a requirement analyst and got responsible for the implementation as a change leader and educator within an agile digitalization project. I facilitated both management team, run the pilot, and evaluate the need of the users. I design and execute the train the trainer program for the change managers in the organization and the project implementation.
