As a Project Manager on projects with many of the biggest companies in Spain & Denmark, I have gained an expertise in creating synthesis across many teams.
I have learned to set a project up for success by turning a vision into specifications, aligning expectations & creating clear plans to follow.
I deliver to expected outcomes by creating clarity in all communication & by focusing on identifying risks throughout the project.
I have gained insights into finishing up a project best by reviewing many test plans & operational guides.
A year into my role in Microsoft I got offered the role to manage all the projects in Spain that had Remote Project Managers from India assigned. The collaboration is top-class now after months of improvement since I started, which I see as a sign that I can quickly adapt to new roles, cultures and identify ways to optimize operations.

I have learned to quickly get an understanding of new solutions after getting on projects in many different areas:
- Cloud Center of Excellence. Currently helping one of the biggest banks in Denmark move all their systems & applications to the cloud by establishing a new Cloud department within their existing business that takes care of the entire development pipeline.
- Hybrid Cloud Foundation. Projects for bigger companies wanting to move from on-premise infrastructure to the cloud. Have helped customers to understand how to set up IaaS & PaaS environments to enable Azure Services.
- Machine Learning. A solution that monitors bridges with image input from a drone.
- GDPR. I have helped customers identify & categorize the O365 data they had in their SQL databases.
An Augmented Reality climbing game that supports kids in their rehabilitation.
Infinite Climbing helps sick kids perform tedious exercises by turning it into a game.
Crowdfunded 10.000 dollars to build sports facilities for a school in Nicaragua. Created all the materials for the campaign, did the marketing efforts to spread the word & worked on the ground to get the actual construction done.

Decided to take an official Master in Marketing & Sales in an International Business School in Madrid to get a holistic understanding of all aspects of Marketing.
Taught myself digital marketing & helped clients improve their websites based on analytics. All doing this while living as a digital nomad, working remotely while travelling around South America.
Since I am a dedicated lifelong learner, I often find myself getting experience with new books, MOOCs, events, hackathons & bootcamps.
As I am a fanatic of all exponential technologies was it a pleasure to meet so many like-minded people and learn about the future from the people who create it.
On the challenge of improving the first 10 minutes of a patients visit to a hospital, I came up with a solution that incorporates Beacons, 360 projectors to create an avatar that assists the kid at the hospital.
Won a hackathon on digital collaboration by focusing on creating opportunities for the poorest population.
1 weekend of creating OSS projects turned into many months of contributing to projects.
