Jerry Novack serves as the Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) of Bluerock Real Estate. With over 25 years of experience, Jerry is an integral part of the company's success. His extensive background in specialities ranging from capital raising and strategic planning and execution to corporate and business unit leadership and marketing and sales has played an integral role in his philanthropic background.

The national firm, which formed in 2002, operates as a private equity real estate asset manager focusing on Core-Plus, Value-Add, Opportunistic and Development investment strategies. In the last 13 years, Bluerock Real Estate has conducted over 9 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate acquisitions.
Joining the firm 11 years ago, Jerry Novack has contributed invaluable expertise in the area of public and private financings, operations, and management. As the Senior Executive Vice Presdient, Jerry specializes in start-ups and turnarounds with extensive business development experience in diverse industries including real estate, restaurant management, and retail.

Jerry Novack led the finance, treasury, accounting, management information systems, legal and human resources with responsibility for marketing and manufacturing. He was responsible for SEC reporting and preparation on annual report and proxy statement in addition to managing a staff of 70.
