- Engaged CxO's, leveraging Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, and Business Strategy, to enable over $240 million in revenue and pipeline within 16 months
- Led digital transformation projects across Retail, Cosmetics, Food Processing, Fashion and Luxury Goods, Technology, Logistics and Transportation, Oil & Gas, Sports and Entertainment
- Led #1 SAP Canada Digital Transformation initiative for all of 2017 with well-known Canadian Fashion & Retail brand. Outcome: USD: 20-40 million in the pipeline. - Developed and implemented highly successful Lean Startup based Digital Transformation processes and tools (Extreme Prototyping, Traction Cards, MVP definitions, Innovation Cards)
- Identified and engaged various experts, including GoogleX COO, Technology Experts, Recognized Professors from Stanford/Princeton/Berkeley, and Authors in support of customer engagements

Founded SaaS / Mobile real-time productivity application;  and led all product, UX/UI, and customer discovery. Pivoted the company to becoming a mobility enabler for legacy systems used by Managed Services, i.e. enabling Managed Services technicians to input and manage and synchronize help desk tickets in the field.

- Selected for exclusive Accelerators: TieX (Atlanta), GroundWork Labs Accelerator (NC)

The Trade Council of Denmark is the global export and investment organization within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The TCD has about 250 advisors globally. Each office within the TCD is run as a for-profit unit, with the primary target being revenues from billable hours. 

- Recognized as #1 individual revenue generator globally
- Developed the Atlanta office to become the #1 unit in the TCD U.S. organization 
- Drove 600% growth in number of clients and 300% growth in revenues within 2.6 years 
- Facilitated over 250 Danish firms with evaluating and establishing distribution and physical presence in the U.S.
- Selected by VC backed Incubator to advise Denmark's fastest growing startups with US-market entry and growth
