Digital Transformation Catalyst guiding CxO's of SAP's global Key-Account's on Digital Transformation and Innovation. I lead Design Thinking and Transformation engagements from initial ideation through execution and governance. 

- Engaged CxO's, leveraging Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, and Business Strategy, to enable over $240 million in revenue and pipeline within 16 months
- Leveraged my startup experience in leading highly compressed 10 day Leonardo Engagement which produced $10-100million in business impact and transformed the relationship with the customer. 
- Led digital transformation projects across Retail, Cosmetics, Food Processing, Fashion and Luxury Goods, Technology, Logistics and Transportation, Oil & Gas, Sports and Entertainment

The Trade Council of Denmark is the global export and investment organization within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The TCD has about 250 advisors globally. Each office within the TCD is run as a for-profit unit, with the primary target being revenues from billable hours. 

- Recognized as #1 individual revenue generator globally
- Developed the Atlanta office to become the #1 unit in the TCD U.S. organization 
- Drove 600% growth in number of clients and 300% growth in revenues within 2.6 years
