Autobiography

I’m Jacob. I’ve worked in UMC as Etch process engineer for two years and 9 months and worked in Applied Materials as CVD process support engineer for three years and 7 months. When I worked in UMC, My job is to maintain and solve production issue, so I cooperate with other departments like integration, lithography, thin film and also diffusion very often. So it makes me know integration process flow very well. One of my process flow improvement achievement is increasing 5% of production capacity. When I worked in Applied Materials. My position changed from foundry customer to supplier. Experience in UMC makes me understand customer requirement faster and provide technical support better. Except technical support, sometimes managers also ask us to acquire more details of customer integration flow and competitors information, then feedback to BU and help company to get more advantage, more product covering, more business. On the other hands, about my personality, I am an optimistic, sociable person. I love to make friends with different fields. We can exchange knowledge, experience, hobby and wonderful or inspirational stories. I am sure I am the most suitable candidate of marketing technologist for Tokyo Electron Limited company
