Jiang Min Jennings is an alumnus of the University of Nevada who graduated with a degree in child care. She currently works at Rio Casino, Nevada as a dealer and is also responsible for the financial accounts of the casino.

Prior to working at the casino, Ms. Jennings was employed as a tattoo artist at a tattoo art parlor, where she managed the facility and drew tattoos on customers. She specialized in drawing novelty and facial tattoos on women's faces.

Aside from her professional life, Jiang Min Jennings is greatly interested in skincare and fashion design, especially clothes and hats. She also enjoys hiking and traveling to different parts of the United States, where she can learn about the country's history.

Ms. Jennings is also involved in charitable activities: teaching, reading, and writing to underprivileged special needs children at the Shannon homeless youth center.
