- Lead the team to achieve the highest comprehensive evaluation among all departments in the development center, cumulatively developed more than 50 tooling, some of them are main/famous products, e.g. OZRAH, OZELIA, OZWEEGO, DAY & NITE JOGGER...
- Engineering thinking is essential, evaluated feasibility on drawing/model, foresaw weakness or design defects, suggest solutions
- Involved in suppliers trial every time, proposed risk & defective rate & technical document then
- Development must not delay the product launch date, ensure every tooling catching development schedule
- Quality is everything, established proper product specifications & inspection standards from development stage

Project Implementation
- Introduced 3D printing technology, more than 70% jigs in our group are made by 3D printing after that(cheaper & faster way - saving 55% cost & 75% jigs production time).
- Worked with 10-12 main suppliers for tooling/component/treatment, quality criteria/delivery period/capacity have to been get align in development stage
- Lead suppliers became qualified suppliers, make sure suppliers maintain their facility and production as brand policy
- Implement improvement plan for supplier until all quality issue solved

- Team professional skills exchange, accumulated over 10 workshops keynote/panel speaker(field: Shoe sole/3D printing/Mold)
