-Process and handle documents according to general procedures and standards.
-Maintain and update records and filling systems.
-Provide clerical support in the team.
-Maintain accurate documentation, records and files
-Coordinate with different parties for cargo arrangements
-Responsible for daily operations of export flight.
-Daily operational planning and coordination with agents and airlines
-Coordinate and liaise with airlines and our teammates
-Advise build up instructions to warehouse colleagues
standard of a local bachelor (Honours) Degree at Level 5 of the Hong Kong Qualifications framework
