您好,我是陳宥菘,今年24歲,從國小便身處單親家庭且身為獨子的自己,養成了我獨立自主的個性,會在每個不同時間點設立不同的目標,並安排時間督促自己完成。因為從小許多事情都需靠自己來完成,比較不會太依賴他人,因此自己做事往往比較認真負責,並會站在他人角度去換位思考。 

【求學經歷】 

我畢業於長榮大學創新應用管理學系,我的科系主要以學習行銷相關,結合創意創新發想、問題洞察、解決問題、創意表達與成果展現等等,並且通過分析中小企業的各種行銷案例,進而認知到行銷策略在分析消費者行為上扮演著關鍵的角色。 本身擅長的則是企劃發想與執行,我很喜歡分析跟思考、喜歡去發掘新的事物,加上我個人對於廣告及行銷方面的有一定的認知及基礎,所以能夠更快速得銜接及適應公司的文化。  

【職場經驗】 

畢業後先是踏入房地產從事房仲業務一職,在這接近兩年的時間裡,不斷地接觸人群,學著與他人相處、與陌生人交談、與客戶溝通、瞭解客戶需求,並且根據客戶屬性提供內容規劃,給予合適方案,也讓自己在與人的進退應對上更加得心應手。 而後轉換跑道至通訊業,在三星智慧館的百貨門市從事銷售人員,相比於房仲,通訊以及百貨的節奏以及步調更加緊湊,平時要處理應對的事情也更加瑣碎,更是會接觸到各式各樣形形色色的客人,讓自己藉此在臨場反應以及人際互動上都更加提升。  

【未來展望】 

我相信以自己的工作經歷來說,在未來的工作上可以快速的上手,能夠對答如流的與顧客溝通,臨機應變的解決顧客的問題。而我深知自己還有進步空間,我也渴望能從磨練中成長,藉由在企業的平台上得到更進一步的職業能力提升,短期目標為快速熟悉工作中所需的產業相關知識及經驗,使自己專業化,成為公司即戰力,中期的目標為成功培養在產業發現問題、解決問題的敏銳度及反應力。同時期望在工作中能為公司帶來更大的價值。

My department mainly focuses on learning about marketing, combining creative innovation, problem insight, problem solving, creative expression and achievement display, etc., and through the analysis of various marketing cases of small and medium-sized enterprises , and then recognize that marketing strategy plays a key role in analyzing consumer behavior. What I am good at is planning, thinking and execution. I like analysis and thinking, and I like to discover new things. In addition, I have a certain understanding and foundation of advertising and marketing, so I can connect and adapt more quickly. company culture. 

【Workplace experience】 

After graduating, I started working as a real estate agent in real estate. During these nearly two years, I kept in contact with people, learned to get along with others, talked with strangers, communicated with customers, understood customer needs, and based on customer attributes Provide content planning, give appropriate solutions, and make yourself more comfortable in dealing with people's advances and retreats. Then he switched to the communications industry and worked as a salesperson in the department store of the Samsung Smart Pavilion. 【Future Outlook】  

I believe that based on my work experience, I can quickly get started in the future store work, be able to communicate with customers fluently, and solve customer problems on the fly.
