General Affairs Staff • PT WANHO INDUSTRIES INDONESIA

- Responsible for the availability of public facilities (include create SOP).
- Managing for 12 dormitory rooms that inhabited by expatriates (procurement of groceries & meat, cleanliness, building maintenance, & 2 cookers).
- Managing household waste (non-hazardous waste).
- Responsible for general cleanliness with 8 janitors & a gardener.
- Managing and maintaining the cleanliness of the park.
- Managing & planning the need for stationery for all departments.
- Managing & planning general needs (sanitary, drinking water, cleaning equipment, pest control equipment, & stationary).
- Ensuring the availability of drinking water for all employees.
- Coordinating with the Transportation Department to arrange employee business trip.
- Coordinator of the Pest Control program (rat and termites).
- Planning the needs and trap location of the pest control program.
- Responsible for building maintenance, toilets & septic tank, plumbing, praying room, meeting rooms, air conditioning, pantry, office, vehicle parking, canteen, and rest room.
