YOUR ROLE- This Business Analyst Role is the CRM representative of Semiconductor Business Units. The role requires interaction with multiple key stakeholders including: IT teams, other BU representatives, BU management, CRM key users and internal CE team members. This role is the contact point to the SFDC CRM sytem and takes the responsibility for the oversight, planning, monitoring, maintenance and control of the CRM to ensure that it supports the organization to deliver on strategic objectives
